Upload a CSV
- Go to Dashboard → Shipments.
- Click Upload orders in the page header.
- Drag and drop your CSV file, or click to browse.
- Review the parsed rows.
- Click Create orders to create the orders.
After upload, your orders appear in the shipment list. Check the orders you want to label, then click Create labels. See Creating shipping labels for the label flow.
Download the CSV template
Download the CSV template from the Upload orders dialog in the Zonos Dashboard to see the expected column headers and order.
Save the template, fill in one row per item (multiple items per order share the same Order ID), and upload the completed file.
CSV columns
Each row represents one item. Multiple items belonging to the same shipment must share the same Order ID.

| Order ID | Unique identifier for the order. Repeated rows with the same Order ID are grouped into one shipment. |
| Item Name | Name of the item being shipped. |
| HS Code | 6-digit HS tariff code for the item. |
| Country of Origin | Two-letter ISO country code for where the item was manufactured (e.g. JP). |
| Item Price | Unit price of the item. |
| Quantity | Number of units. |
| Item Weight | Weight per unit. Optional. |
| Dimensions | Parcel dimensions. Optional. |
| Company Name | Recipient's company name. Optional. |
| First Name | Recipient's first name. |
| Last Name | Recipient's last name. |
| Recipient's email. | |
| Phone | Recipient's phone number. |
| Address Line 1 | Recipient's street address. |
| Address Line 2 | Recipient's apartment, suite, or unit. Optional. |
| City | Recipient's city. |
| Postal Code | Recipient's postal code. |

| Country Code | Two-letter ISO country code for the destination (e.g. US). |
| Reason for Export | Reason for export (e.g. NOT_FOR_RESALE, FOR_RESALE). |
| Shipping Amount | Shipping cost charged to the customer. Optional. |
| Service Level | Japan Post service level for the shipment. Optional — leave blank to set it when creating labels. See Supported service levels below. |
Supported service levels
Set the Service Level column to one of the Japan Post service-level codes below. Leave it blank to choose the service level later when creating labels in the Dashboard.

Uploading orders in bulk
Quickly sync orders from sales channels into the Zonos Dashboard by uploading a CSV file. Once orders are uploaded, you can select them in the shipment list and create Japan Post labels.
Complete your account setup and add a fulfillment center first. Labels cannot be created until both are done.
