Managing your shipping identifiers

After initial setup, you can edit or remove your Japan Post paylater ID at any time.

Add or update your paylater ID 

1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → General.
2. Scroll to Japan Post paylater ID.
3. Enter or update your paylater ID.
4. Click Save.

Once saved, the paylater ID is used on every Japan Post shipping label created from this organization.

How to find your Japan Post paylater ID 

Your paylater ID is issued by Japan Post when you set up a postal contract. If you don't have it on hand, contact your Japan Post account manager. Your paylater ID is printed on your contract paperwork and is visible in your Japan Post business account portal.

Do not enter your Japan Post customer ID or login ID in this field. The paylater ID is a separate identifier issued specifically for postal billing.
