Ship&Co
Available now
Ship&Co is a multi-carrier shipping platform that syncs orders from sales channels like Shopify, Amazon, and eBay, then generates shipping labels from one screen. With the Zonos integration, you can create Japan Post duty-prepaid (DDP) labels for U.S.-bound parcels under $800 USD directly in Ship&Co. Zonos calculates the duties, prints the Declaration ID on the label, and remits duties to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) on your behalf.
1. Copy your Zonos Account Key
Your Account Key authorizes Ship&Co to create labels under your Verified Account.
- Sign in to the Zonos Dashboard for your Japan Post Verified Account.
- Locate your Account Key and copy it.
- Keep it handy for the next step.
If you can't find your Account Key, confirm your business address and billing are complete. See Account setup.
2. Add Zonos as a carrier in Ship&Co
- Sign in to your Ship&Co account.
- Open your carrier settings page.
- Select Zonos from the list of available carriers.
- Paste the Account Key you copied from the Zonos Dashboard.
- Save the connection.
Setup completes within a few minutes. For Ship&Co's latest screen-by-screen instructions, see their Zonos x Japan Post setup guide.
3. Create Japan Post labels
- Open a Japan-to-U.S. order in Ship&Co.
- Select Zonos as the carrier.
- Generate the label.
Ship&Co creates a Japan Post duty-prepaid label with the Declaration ID printed on it. Hand your parcels to Japan Post as usual. Zonos calculates the duties and remits them to CBP, then bills you for duties and the postal clearance fee on a daily auto-charge.
Create labels with supported platforms and carriers
Use your Zonos Verified Account directly inside the platforms and carrier tools you already ship with.
Zonos is building integrations with major e-commerce platforms and shipping carriers so you can create Japan Post duty-prepaid labels under your Verified Account without leaving the tools you already use. Each integration produces the same compliant Japan Post label, with a Declaration ID linked to the tracking number, as creating labels in the Zonos Dashboard or via the Zonos API.
This page is updated as each integration goes live.
